Build a data structure in Java for travel time

Project Description:
We want to analyze travel time collected by Bluetooth device.

Travel time means the time spent by a car from a location to another.

The data we collected would have 3 elements: Car ID, location of bluetooth device, and detection time.

So if a car Car1 passed location A in 11:00pm, we'll get data (A,11:00pm,Car1).

Suppose we have all these data collected and stored in a txt file like (A,11:00pm,Car1),(B,11:30pm,Car1),(D,11:31pm,Car2),(E,11:35pm,Car2)

We'll get an A-->B travel time 30 minutes, and an D-->E travel time 4 minutes.

The final result should store all these travel time we collected. Something like, A-->B: 30 minutes, 33 minutes, 28 minutes, 25 minutes.....These travel time are collected by different car passing by.
