123829 Mobile Java Program

I require a java program that will work on mobile phones. The program will need to be able to: I. Have an attractive menu overview where the user can select each part of the program from a main menu. II. The menu will consist of: a. Send Text: This will be a form type page with 2 input boxes and a submit button, the input boxes will be number and message. b. Settings: This will be where a user can configure the program settings, the setting will accept a number to send from and also a license key so they can activate the program. c. About area: Where they can see information about the program and creators. d. Exit program: To exit the program. The program will run through the clickatell service and send messages through their system so it will need to connect to WAP via the phone to make contact with the sever to send the message. I need a programmer who will be dedicated o the task, has worked with java mobile programs before and can complete a quick turn around. Please post any queries in the MB. Thanks.
