Ecommerce website (java based)

I need a website for the sale of datasets. These are simple CSV files in a compressed format like .zip and a sale simply allows the buyer to download that file (repeatedly). Required functionality: - User/client registration by emailadress including email verification. - Integration of Paypal and Moneybookers but only to make a deposit. ( sales payments to be done internally against a clients balance, paypal and moneybookers not per product sale ) - Products to be located in a product tree, each product having one or more child products. Buying the parent includes purchase of all children. - Each product to have min and max sales prices, a mechanism is to be included so the more a person buys the less he pays for the next product. - The ability for users to register an interest in newly announced products and give feedback on existing products by email-page. - The ability to download purchased products (repeatedly). Unpurchased products need to be protected against unauthorised downloads. - Minimal admin support for managing products and clients, I do not mind doing admin by directly accessing the background database. Website itself needs to be made using standard HTML/CSS and minimal javascript. All programming must be done using Java technology, JSP, servlets, beans, don't mind suggestions for other technologies but not for key elements. Depending on the costs i will be defining additional (or less) requirements. This will not be a large turnover/profit business so costs need to be kept reasonable. With your bid please adress this project specifically and you need to show me at least 1 website that you have done completely in Java. I'm open to suggestions for alternative way to the same functionality but you'll have to make it very specific. This project will remain open for some time as I have no urgency with this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
