We need a Liferay portal theme/template/CSS to look like the attached
Modify the theme and stylesheets in a standard, uniform and commented way so it can be updated and maintained.
The front page should look just like the mockup. Lower pages will use the same template. Members portal pages and all add-on portlets will use the same theme.
You do not need to add the content they will be from the CMS.
You only need to add one lower page to show it working.
You only need to show one member page is working.
Deployable file content must be delivered
Please excuse me if I did not use the correct Liferay terms.
You should understand what I meant though so that you can do the job.
This needs to be done fast and correct.
Do not bid if you have not done this before.
Showing examples will get the bid.
