Project Description:
Looking for a programmer who could make a software application to read and write the data from / onto a EMV card chip. The hardware is smart card reader / writer. Hardware is connected through COM port via usb converter. Please only Bid if you have experince in smart cards and EMV, you will also need a smart card reader/writer.
