Responsive design- html5/css3 version of our app - Streetpin (repost)

Project Description:
Our app is available on iPhone and we want to produce an html5/css3 version. There are further developments required other than a straight forward copy, but we can send our private beta via test flight for usability guidance

We also need this to be integrated into our Java web app - documentation provided

All designs, new screens and assets to be provided

We need a quick turn around, ideally 5-6 weeks but we won't compromise on quality

I'm reposting due to a sudden change in circumstance last time, apologies if we didn't reply to previous applications

Please reply with previous examples, daily rate and I'll send the brief ASAP - we're ready to go
