WEB VISUAL EDITOR APP

Project Description:
We like to build a visual editor app for a both an in-house email marketing system in ASP and a Content Mgmt System in Vaadin/JavaEE. It will be embedded in such systems and must do the following:

VERSION 1
- Allow for creation and positioning of layout boxes (DIVs)
- Placement of text and image elements inside boxes
- Uploading and/or drag & drop of images into boxes from operating system files
- Resizing, repositioning & cropping of images
- Rich formatting of text, i.e. font, size, color
- Generation / preview of HTML
- General alignment of boxes, elements
- Folders / library of images, with thumbnails, previews, properties, sort, search, rename image name, etc
- List of general variables, i.e. %firstName%, drag & drop placement. These will be substituted by our system later.
- The editor will use a REST API to access our database
- Simple HTML editing, app must support at least DIVs, HREFs, IMGs, text elements, font, basic table

We expect to do several versions of it and add many more features throughout the rest of the year. Only bid if you have the skills, time and energy to delve into a complex tool. Tell us what you propose to do given the requirements and we'll consider your offer. Budget is a place holder. We will finalize exact numbers based on your proposal.
