Project Description:
The project scope:
•Develop an application on the LINUX platform to perform at least the following:
1) messaging
2) voice communication
3) "drawingboard" sharing
4) video conferencing
5) impact/noise/vibration/distance sensing
•Ensure that the Linux platform can start the application, communicate in between the devices and end the application.
I had decided to use the source code of the "Openmeetings" which is an open source program, because its capabilities are most match my project's requirement.
I had installed the Openmeetings 2.0 from source code on Ubuntu OS, I also test it between two laptops(both are Ubuntu OS), it works properly. Now, I want to add in some other functions. The Openmeetings includes scope from 1-4 already, so I just want to add in the 5th scope inside the openmeetings. I have the source code for distance sensing. So, you can just use it.
