Project Description:
I need an HTML5/Ruby on Rails WEB APP that will look good on a computer screen and a mobile device. When you enter the web app you will be asked to sign up through "facebook connect". Once you have signed up you will be able to invite your friends to sign up, as well as invite the pages you have "liked" on facebook. Notice: this must NOT be a facebook app - ONLY a WEB app. Once you have invited your friends and pages you liked, you will be able to add a credit card to your account, with which you will be able to purchase goods and services. Additionally, you will be able to offer for sale items and services of your own, and buy, through a bidding system, goods and services of others. This is part of the project. Further details will be discussed in private. A prototype needs to be done in 2-3 weeks and a final and working site needs to be completed in 2 months. The project is budgeted hourly, but many hours required, so is worth $3000-$6000. Full time required
