Project Description:
Hi,

We need a window desktop application that

- Has a user interface that can save configurable parameters for the application.
- Can start task execution based on user specified time.
- Can locate a report file on a user specified directory and submit the report file to
a website (via java/tomcat server hosted API).

Please indicate your previous experience on the similar window desktop project.
Although this is a desktop application you MUST have experience with java because
this application will have to interface with Java program.

Please bid $30 for now. You can modify the bid once we have discussed details in PM and
agreed on a fee for the project.
