I need call center software designed, very similar to http://www.five9.com/call-center-software/outbound-call-center.htm. READ FEATURES ON BOTTOM OF PAGE.
I prefer that the software be in Java like Five9 is, but if you have a better idea, let me know.
I am attaching a file that includes screenshots of the application. Designed will be modified only slightly.
PM me, and I will provide login details to our application so you can take a look around and see the functionality of it.
DO NOT ASK FOR LOGIN DETAILS UNTIL YOU REVIEW THE SCREENSHOTS AND KNOW YOU ARE CAPABLE OF DOING THE WORK.
I chose project as larger than $5k but will consider less.
