Poker Texas Hold Em - client/server application

Project Description:
Hello, I need multiplayer Poker Texas Hold Em application. It needs to work somethintg like that:
- it needs to be desktop/server application that can communicate thru internet/ tcp/ip networok
- it needs to have nice graphics
- it needs to be secured
- it needs to have database with player accounts with usernames and passwords and balance
- it needs to have admin privileges for someone who will put some virtual money on player accounts

- it don't need to have online payments, such as visa, master card, paypal or something like that

Working time is about 3-5 weeks.
