Project Description:

As you know we have done Magento site, the call centre will have about 20 people working answering calls from people who want to order via phone rather that online. Magento backend admin allows you put orders through but imagine 20 agents logging on the web taking orders that will be slowing the site and so on

so if we can have a software that is pc base that connect to magento and sumbit order

and gives out the order number to start with. Then we can continue to develope it

it can be done as you have seen with the software link i sent. The only problem with that software is that pulls order but does not let you add orders

1. take customer details eg name address, date of birth etc as in magento
2.Add products/items to the order
3.Shipping charges
4.Payemnts: take payment details from customer eg Credit Card,Card No., Card holder name, Exp date etc
Allow discount
enter discount
submits order to magento sql and return an order number

I need this asap.
