Project Description:
We are looking for a programmer with Ruby/Rails experience with a strong encryption background. We have an existing application that we need to change to work with a different platform. We also need someone with experience building API's. Java and MYSQL experience also a plus. We will also need someone to make the corresponding changes to our website.

Skills required:
Java, MySQL, Ruby & Ruby on Rails, Software Architecture, Windows API
