Hi there, my name is Kert and I am a Guidance Counsellor at a high school of 1600 students. I am currently working on a school program called Webentell. It’s a program where students express them self by creating their own website. The program is funded strictly out of my pocket and has taken a toll on me financially but to see the smile on my students face is priceless, I recently purchase a reseller account with Host gator and it is quiet difficult to configure, that’s where you come in, my budget is $50 and I need your help to configure this reseller account to have following features:
Able to be in any language because the high school is multicultural
A search engine so that they can locate other students on the program
A sign up page that afterwards takes them straight to their c panel for website building
 A log in/log out page
A email address folder on each website created where they can see email send to them from us teachers eg:johnbrownjr at webntell dot com
A chat room where me and my students can communicate
A private and public option, Private is for students who you have to request their permission to see their site, Public is for students who want the whole school to view their websites
Each student is allow only 1 website
A website should have enough space where they can upload media such as homework, pictures, video etc.
A website should only be access through the school program Webntell eg: johnbrownjr/webntell dot com
Create a display bar that spans from one side of the screen to the other on the home page and on top of every website created by a student that cannot be deleted where I can upload different motivational phrases each day
Create a folder that has a direct link to the display bar but can only be access from the main domain
Insert the school program Webntell slogan “Creating windows of Expressions” on home page
