Project Description:
We will provide a list of addresses with co-ordinates (in Ordanance survey format) that should be plotted on a copy of OpenStreetMaps (in longitude,latitude).
So the co-ordinates will firstly need to be converted.
The user will then be allowed to draw polygons (which are not allowed to overlap but can border each other.)
The user will be allowed to name each polygon.
The user will have the option to export a list of all the addresses with their co-ordinates and the zone they fall into as an MS SQL table.
