Open UML is an open source UML tool and it is simple , but effective and it is very light application , that can create systems just like database Oracle , and Microsoft Access, more.
1-sBasic Features:
The shapes are resizable

able to change the color of the shapes
able to change the skin of the application
able to format the txt for example: font , color, size, alignments, and more
Customize your workspace

Add shapes as SvG files.

code generation, OpenUML will do generate any source code from UML diagrams.
reverse engineering, OpeUML will able to do generate UML diagrams from source code.
all the objects for the diagrams are plug-ings
XMI,XUL export or import. OpenUML will do is generate files that can be imported into other UML tools, it can read model files from other tools
it will support PNG, JPG, SVG files.
It will support Plug-ins and it will be WinZip or WinRAR.
It will support full export as setup system.
The application will be cross platform, windows ,Mac os , and Linux
It will support other formats.
