Project Description:
Hello, we're looking for demo application to present self-update capability that would work for as many platforms (phones) as it gets.
The application should:
1) Download .jar/.jad with new version
2) Update itself with freshly downloaded version, without much interaction from user. Ideally, we only want user to click "OK" or "accept" a bunch of times and the new application should start.
Application MUST be as cross-platform as it gets. We are talking Nokia phones, Sony-Ericsson, Samsung, Motorola and so on.
The application itself should only update itself, doesn't have to do anything. It's meant to be a stub for us to develop upon. It also means, we need source codes and right to use it within our product.
