Require an Excel VBA developer to do a project whose two tasks are required to be completed in few hours and the remaining can be done later as well.
The proposal and specifications are required to be completed in few hours and rest can be done later. The proposal is about a small library would require in terms of transactions and entities– e.g. a borrower returns a book.
