Hello,
we are looking for a developer with experience on developing IDP using SAML protocol. please do not bid if you do not have such proven experience.
please read attached requirement document.
we would like you to develop a small web application that enable Single Sign One using SAML (V2.0) for 4 applications (detailed bellow and in the attached doc).
this web application should have a configuration page so to configure SAML properties for each app (SalesForce, Google, Zendesk, Clarizen), and of course ability to connect to these apps using SAML.
configuration page should also have ability to upload SAML metadata and use it to connect the applications.
web interface should be very simple, nothing fancy, most effort should be on the SAML connector development.
the lib we thought to use for implementing the identity provider is 'Shiboleth' - http://shibboleth.net/ (without using LDAP) , but if you think there is another preferred lib (LGPL), then we can discuss it, but it must be decide together.
also need a lib that create certificate, please try to find an LGPL lib (maybe Spring has one)
time and budget:
we need this to be completed till September 30.

1. daily update mail report
2. send project code every ~3 days, so we can test the progress
