Decision Tree App (ID3 Method or similar) using Java/J2EE/JavaEE

Hi,

I need application which will be demonstrated which criteria will be prioritized first, and then down to the following criteria in order of priority. Decision tree generated by the algorithm Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (ID3). Where will this system is expected to generate three types of output decisions are very poor, near poor, and the poor.

I already have all the data that must be applied by you, as follows:
- Survey data
- Database schema
- The average conditions of the population in each region

This work has been done on the backend, but on the front end is still just a draft.

So for those of you who are interested you are assigned to create applications with Java (web-based), and I hope to correct the front end draft if there is an error.
