Liferay Website Development

To build a dymanic web site on Liferay platform. An initial static prototype will be performed to agree look and feel. Once agreed coding will begin. The supplier will create a skeleton of all pages configuring the relevant portlets where possible e.g. content portlets for rendering content on the home page, news portlets for providing detailed view of all news items, blog portlet for blogs. The supplier will use [login to view URL] as a template. I will provide logo and content. Supplier will provide additional pics needed to make website attractive and train me on how to enter, modify, and delete content. I need to see supplier's portfolio of Liferay development before I award the project to that supplier.
