Please convert the uploaded excel workbook into a complete web solution (Java Code) where multiple users can regiser and store data as well as calculate individual shipments costs once relevant filtes are applied and remaining variables inserted. One workbook with the buy and sell rates the second only showing the sell rates to the customer.
