Bluetooth Chat Social Networking Clone

I need to build a Bluetooth Social Networking Application similar to: BluetoothChat: [login to view URL] The application should basically function as a mini chatroom where users can be invited and kicked out of the room using bluetooth only. Each user will be a conduit to extend the range of other uses so that it "daisy chains" or they act as a "repeater". This will require data flowing through bluetooth from one device to another and so on. You will need to figure out mathmatically the maximum number of hops, data flow etc that can be transfered before the pipe is full. I would think that a % of the bandwidth needs to be set aside just for the conduit portion of the software. I need to see a list of all the handsets that this application will work on. Will it only work on JSR-82? You must specify the technical details of the project. Any other suggestions for improving this concept are welcome. You will also need to build the application so that it can be transfered from one user to another via bluetooth and the click of a button in addition to downloading it from a WAP server.
