GTS Enterprise Installation, Must Support Meitrack devices and with Event Notification Rules Engine - repost

Project Description:
The Project is to install GTS Enterprise System and with Meitrack devices through Device Communication Servers (DCS), along with Event Notification Rules Engine.

Person Whom should win the project must be already done it before, very well knowledge about Linux, Java, XML dcserver, MySql, GTS-Enterprise, TCP/UDP.

The system must be integrated fully and successfully to see the devices on map so they are able to send information through TCP to GTS Ent'e.
Event Notification Rules Engine must be able to send command to the device

In regards to the source files must be all addressed and stored properly in our vps.
Variable environment must be set properly so i can debug and compile error less.


Please Note your completion of the project will only release the total amount at once through freelancer payment, no milestone will be given unless and until all System is completed.

Given time is one week, followed by one week of practical test, they you shall get your prize.
