Java Unicode/XML Keyboard Popup Dialog

Project Description:
This is a Java Unicode/XML Keyboard Popup Dialog for the "Gurmukhi" language to be implemented into an existing Java software. There is a search box in the software, which requires a pop-up Gurmukhi keyboard to be coded to particular specifications so that characters in the Gurmukhi script may easily be added to it:
* Develop in Java Run Environment Version 6 Update 5
* Should function on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux and Mac OSX flawlessly
* Should be as compact and visually appealing as possible
* Make it easy to replicate keyboard into different languages via an XML file

Attached is the documentation for further information. This is a straightforward project for a competent programmer and we shall provide all the necessary tools to ensure the developer can complete the project successfully.
