Scala/Java Modify Scraper

I have a very strict budget ceiling for this simple project Budget is $50 max For the right person this will be quick and easy I would prefer a programmer that has done this previous Read description carefully Programmer will be chosen for quick turn around and low bid ridiculous price out of budget will not be chosen Stay on after bidding so I can message you for more details and make quick decision I am ready to move on this immediately if you are the right programmer So make your bid count if you are serious If you have an example or demo this will help make the decision easier and faster Here is what is needed modify existing scala/java scraping program results need to organize results list for keyword occurrences existing list will be organized by how many times specific keywords are listed new results page will show keywords for one keyword, 2 keywords, 3 keywords etc... list will also need to highlight the keywords in original results list organize and save results this list is created by scraping web results and removing stop words you must be familiar with stop words and search engine usage this project is on going so future work is needed so keep this in mind I will need future work you will also need ability to scrape search engine results for future projects All software created developer is to deliver all source code to me to do with it as I please. All rights to this software will be turned over to me. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement)
