SOCIAL TOOL: Update profiles of MySpace & Facebook together

Dear Freelancer,

to manage our various profiles in Facebook, MySpace and Reverbnation we would need a little tool that helps us to keep those profiles in-sync. The tool should run on Windows and to rapidly develop and later maintain it be written in Visual Basic (you may suggest another programming language).
An interface should offer various tabs with the following functionality

Tab "PHOTOS" (to upload simultaneously an album of pictures)
- Name of album
- Selection of pictures from HD
- Select from the selected pictures the album picture
- Add caption and tags per photo
- Checkboxes to which platforms to upload (MySpace & Facebook "Photos")
- Automatic Upload button
- Show result in tabs of the newly started standard web browser

Tab "VIDEOS" (to upload simultaneously a video)
- Name of video
- Selection of video from HD
- Add caption and tags
- Check of the various limitations of the site before trying to upload
- Checkboxes to which platforms to upload (MySpace & Facebook "Video", Youtube and Reverbnation)
- Automatic Upload button to (speciality: Reverbnation accepts only the resulting link from Youtube)
- Show result in tabs of the newly started standard web browser

Tab "EVENTS"
- Name, Date & Time, Location and text of event
- Selection of photo for event
- Checkboxes to which platforms to upload (MySpace & Facebook and Reverbnation)
- Automatic Upload button
- Show result in tabs of the newly started standard web browser

Tab "SONGS"
- Name and Lyrics of song
- Selection of song
- Selection of picture
- Tags and genre
- Checkboxes to which platforms to upload (MySpace & Facebook and Reverbnation)
- Automatic Upload button
- Show result in tabs of the newly started standard web browser

On the completion of each sync action the tool should visit the site on the appropiate page and present the user the result within the browser window. This should be the visual confirmation that everything was running correctly. The functionality should be possible to achieve with the build-in APIs of the platforms. The development should be kind of modular in itself to add further platforms in the future.
