Project Description:
1. Parse a text file.

2. Output the data to a text file, in the correct format.

3. Also, output the data to the user in correct format.

4. For the assignment, assume that the user answer is always the correct answer.

5. The correct answer is listed at the end of each question, and it is listed in a number format.
