Twain Applet

I am looking for someone to write a simple applet for us to use to run our scanners. Here is what we want in a very small applet with almost no interface: 1. User can select a source that stays the same until changed (I could pass a parameter when the applet is called if that is easier) 2. It can accept a javascript trigger to start the scan with a parameter that would generally be a record_id and table name 3. The applet would scan based on grayscale and 300 dpi and would scan as many pages as are in the ADF 4. It would then upload in pdf format to a url with those passed parameters I will store the pdf in a document storage system I am building in PHP/Mysql.
