Project Description:

Build an application the can process all integrated online housing phases for reservations (individual and group), room inventory management, tracking number for those reservations for possible changes and/or cancellations and a commitment process (a valid credit card to only warranty the room). Locate any prior reservation or build rooming lists by a nearly unlimited number of criteria options. Gain quick access to room inventory during the reservation process for quick confirmation of availability. Elimination of reservation duplications through automatic duplication searches by any combination of name, address, phone number or organization name.

Capabilities where the end user can easily and efficiently see different hotel options and accommodations according to dates, price range, features, event, hotel photo and address, link to map quest or similar, etc. End users will receive instant acknowledgement of their reservation request over the reservation process.

Application to process individual reservations and room blocks via the Internet. Comprehensive reporting to provide administrators with detailed information on room blocks, inventory pickup and a wide variety of rooming lists.

Password protected web interface access for 1) end users, 2) hotel staff (to manage, modify and update room inventory and room rates and download all reservations to be merge in csv , xl format) and 3) program administrator (to have full rights to access data base to upload information, change and update information, get reports, etc.)
