Project Description:
HTML5 Video Player Framework
As a part of the enhancement of our existing Video Streaming platform, for one of its modules, we need build HTML 5 based video player framework. Based on our current data models, multiple HTML 5 player layouts needs to be created that fulfill following requirements..
1) Horizontal/Vertical Playlists
2) Tabbed Playlists
3) Video Player with out the playlist
4) Customize viewing area options ( maintaing the aspect ratios )
5) Social sharing options (share it on Twitter,Facebook, Email etc..)
6) Restrictive player options (Only registered users should be able to play back video files)
7) Use of JW player or any other open source player
8) Ability to integrate it with 3rd party AD networks.
9) Lite player versions (for playback on mobile devices)
10) Payment workflow
This would need candidates who have strong hands on experience on Ajax, Javscript Frameworks (jQuery,Prototype etc..) , JSON, JW Players and other such integrations. All the backend required for such players would be provided in JSON format through WCF services.
