Splash Transition with JavaScript & CSS, DHTML

I am looking for a script written in pure JavaScript, CSS & DHTML (not Flash or HTML5) which will accept a series of images and produce the same result as in the splash screen that can be found at [login to view URL] introductory page. The script should be cross-browser compatible and also it should properly render in iPad, iPhones, Internet Explorer 7, 8 & 9 , Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari.
