Project Description:
We are looking for a talented Web Designer / Developer / UI Designer.
This initial task is to showcase your skills to us by:
1) Designing a prototype UI for our web application (e.g. in PSD) - this will be one section / page of our application only
2) Converting the prototype design into a functional UI in HTML5 supported by CSS, AJAX, JQuery etc.
Our application will include:
1) Cloud storage / file sharing - similar to that of Dropbox / Mediafire - we very much like the mediafire.com UI and this should be used as a guide.
2) Internal social functionality as well as links into FB / Twitter / G+ etc.
3) The application will be media orientated with music a key element.
The core of our application is developed in Perl, the successful freelancer will need to be used to working closely with programmers in order to ensure that the business logic fully integrates with the UI.
For this task we expecting to pay a small nominal fee as the successful freelancer will go on to design and code our full application over the coming months, resulting in a substantial overall fee and ongoing work that will include mobile device UI designing.
