Identify ads location on a web page (above or below the fold)

Project Description:
I would a solution/library/dll that I could call from my C# code working on windows OS that will provide the following
given a web page html source I would need to get a list of all ads and their location in a page. (above or below the fold) and the landing page behind (simulate the click,like someone has clicked the banner)

I would be able to supply a list of domains that would help to identify an ad tag.
One need to remember that some of the ads are generated by scripts on page load.

2. High coverage in identifying ads

a list of ads with sizes and location(above or below the fold) and the final landing page for each ad (simulate a click)
