The trouble I'm having is with the booking and shopping cart process. Customers need to be able to register for a course, then either pay in full, pay a deposit, or defer payment to a later date.
The Admin staff need to be able to check the booking and manually mark the delegate as registered and paid if payment has been made via bank transfer etc.
There is also a basic store in place. Customers may wish to add store items and additional courses to their shopping cart before checking out.
