Project Description:
We are looking for someone to answer technical support questions for web development products. You may also need to assist with live chat support and pre-sales customer service questions via live chat.
Here are some points about this position:
- Must have good skills in HTML, JavaScript, WordPress (preferably jQuery as well)
- Flexible hours - about 2-3 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
- Work remotely from anywhere in the world
- Must have a very good level of written English
- Must have good customer service skills
