I'm looking for a GOOD, creative developer whom is capable of debugging my parallax scroll. I'm not after a developer to build my site or build a web page. I just need some to construct a parallax function so i can add it to the site i am building.

I'm which basically highlight lights the issue i'm having.To recap, i don't want you to build a site, or a webpage, or CMS integration, or a design. I JUST WANT SOMEONE TO CONSTRUCT THE PARALLAX FUNCTIONALITY FOR A SPECIFIC SECTION OF MY SITE.
