Two changes to Google Maps v3

Hi

I have created a Google Map at http://testwebspace.co.uk/google.html

I need some changes making:

1. When I click a marker an infowindow appears. If I click another marker then a new infowindow opens but the previous one also remains open. I want this to close. I only ever want to see a maximum of one infowindow at a time.

2. To the right of the map are the names of the stores. I want to be able to click a name and for the map to centre on the corresponding marker and open the info window.
