Easy Facebook Comment Website Replicate

Looking to replicate the functionality of this website: [login to view URL] Basically what it does is it asks the user to add a comment to move on to the next page. This comment appears on the user's wall and newsfeed, and triggers a viral effect for the website. You can test on facebook but note it will post for all your friends to see. You can remove it right afterwards. The part of the website I'm trying to replicate is the page you see right away. I will provide a link for the redirect (none of the stuff after the comment redirect is important). I tried simply using the source code of the side but there is some missing javascript that makes the comment automatically post to the user's wall (I think). So I think some javascript is necessary to do this. This should be a pretty quick job so $30 is the most I'm willing to spend. By my estimate it should take less than 30 minutes to get this up and working if you know what you are doing.
