Need a rotating graphic (4 or 5 images) with text that links

Project Description:
Hello,I need something like a banner graphic that rotates through 4 or 5 images, and each image needs dynamic text on it that if clicked on brings the user to a page. I'd like to be able to change out the graphics and text/links as needed, perhaps just by changing the images and a text file in a subdirectory of the site. I assume that flash will work better then just javascript but I'm open to either. It just needs to look very polished (it's for a retail site) so please be sure to only bid if you have great design skills - I'm probably just as concerned that it looks really good as I am with the technical portion.
