Need "Graphic Desinger" for Home page + some pages desinging for an e-commerce website with UI-Designing, CSS, HTML, JS, jQuery

Hi There, I have needed a UI design, first the homepage design and then sub pages respectively (for a Magento back-end) and following will be some of the tips for the homepage design : 1. This is going to be an online shopping e-commerce website dedicated for the ladies/woman items, so they can hope online 2. There are five main item-categories at the moment : Cloths, handbags, gadgets, accessories and shoes. There 'can' be any sub-categories on some of them. and there *will* be new categories added in the future, so need to keep the provision for adding new categories/sub-categories easily if/when needed in the future. 3. Main references for the home page would be [login to view URL] and Http://[login to view URL] also I 4. Website Theme : I want ideas from the UI designer on the Theme, but for the moment I would like to have the homepage going with following 2 themes and see Black + Red (with gold color borders if possible) Black + Pink (with gold color borders if possible) 5. NOTE: As its going to be a *Ladies* website, I want the look-and-feel of the website "Extremely" *Posh and high-class looking*... Scope of the work : Once the Homepage design is finished, then we can go for other pages, there will be roughly about 8 more different pages (but with the same theme), and converting them into HTML. Javascript/jQuery snippets would be needed for some gadgets. (we can go with dump images/content at the moment) (NOTE : the scope of the work can be extended upon ur choice and my impression towards you (such as providing the image creation and other UI work for the website etc..) but this initial budget is for the above scope of work.) I want to finish this asap, so can start work immediately. I Would appreciate if reply with some *dump design of the home page*, and some of the slimier, cool UI stuff that you have done before as references. I wanna get this would done asap, Please let me know at your earliest, We can have a skype/gtalk chat and start the work asap. PS : I am a computer engineer and highly technical person in profession, So, I am very negotiable in any of your ideas to the website or/and anything else, So, I believe its gonna be so much easier working with me :-) Thanks, D
