Project Description:
For a person who is familiar with google maps and javascript this should not take more than 1 hour at max.
1. Click on the map creates a fixed length line
1.1 This line must snap to one side of the road
2. The direction will be the direction of the road
3. Have the option of move the line as required
4. Lines cannot overlap
5. default zoom level 18
6. a simple google maps icon from the middle of the line
7. Zooming up and down will redraw the lines so they are snapped to the side of the road at all times
8. Simple white overlay on the top right hand side of the map with text information
