Project Description:
Need Widget that looks like attached file. It is to be a mock BMI calculator. It needs to be embedded using html onto a website. It is not a serious BMI Calculator. Instead of the standard answers there will be a set of fun word answers instead of a number that will come up randomly. I will supply those.
For example: the visitor puts in their height (in cms) and weight (in kgs) and then hit calculate and the answer will come up with a phrase: XXXX. Need to have about 150 character capability. Need to reset and have an "email this site to your friend" button which will open the visitor's email client and have the link to the Calculator at the site..
Only got a $30USD budget for this.
