Project Description:
One Page which will be the Home Page with the following functions:
1) Bottom half of the page will have the skyline of a city (photo to be provided)
2) Top half will be a "billboard" that will display advertisements that will rotate between 4 different ads. One advertisement will display at a time.
3) User will be able to upload a file that will display on the "billboard" as a banner.
4) User will be able to allocate the duration of different banners. Example: if I upload banners A and B, then I should be able to specify how long each banner A and B will remain live; 5 seconds for A and/or 10 seconds for B.
5) The background of the page will change with local weather forecast (perhaps existing plug-in is available?)
6) During night time, "lights" will shine on the advertisements.
