Project Description:
The goal is to convert a form now in Excel format (2 pages) into a web hosted form for all smartphones that would allow data entry, (by multiple users) and the form would be emailed upon submittal. We would like to use Adobe pdf's, if that is the best solution, but open to other ideas. Must be easy to use by many skill levels. Ultimately, we'll upgrade hardware to 800+ tablets.
