Data Entry Form For Android

We require a simple data entry app on Android platform working on mobile / tablets. We are an Indian company with presence in Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bangalore. Please begin your response with the words JANUARY2- ASK MOBI APPS to indicate you have read this description in full. The following are the high level requirements: a. The app will have 26 questions for which entry will be made from mobile. b. Each successful form submission comprises of - answers to the 26 questions, photograph, current location coordinates, date and time stamp. b. There will be drop down / check box kind of entry to the answers of the above mentioned 26 questions, also some may have blank fields for custom input c. The application should also use the camera feature of the mobile/ tablet and take picture and tag it along with the form submission. d. The application should only update answers to the back end server ( API's to the server will be given ) e. The application should also be able to capture the location of the user and send it to the server along with the form submission f. The application should be able to capture date and time stamp along with the form submission e. The application should capture the current location of the user and send it along with the form submission f. The application should also periodically send location data to the server on a defined interval g. The application should be able to compress the image size of the photograph will sending it to the server ( If this feature has a large impact on the cost of the application - Please specify it separately ) h. The application should be able to work offline also ( capturing answers to questions, capturing photo ) To know your skills and ability on the requirement please reply to the below mentioned question which will give us an idea on your creativity and skill sets : Q. How will the application take the location of the user when there is no network (2G/3G/Wi-Fi/ SMS - based service not allowed for location capturing in this context) or working offline. Keeping in mind location capture along with every form submission is important without which submission can not happen Design experience is heavily preferable as you will be designing the app as well as coding. OS version support Android: the application should support Android OS 2.3 and above Development of graphic design and UI elements: I need them created as part of this job. Top app requirements: a. Good English communication skills b. Work within budget and time constraints c. Constant updates on progress d. Clean and accurate coding - allow for others to pick up and add to the project e.
