I need a Simple Form Filler script.
It should allow for up to 20,000 lead capture urls to be
uploaded and imported into script.
Then script looks at standard form with 2 input fields.
First Name and Email then inserts my name and email.
Script should have ability for me to add private proxies.
That's it.
