This project involves the development of custom tools and GUIs for ESRI ArcServer 10.1 on the Amazon EC2. The developer will have the skills to not only develop tools using .NET and C# to work with Silverlight but also Javascript for use with mobile applications. Tools will range from being very simple in concept to complex using a wide range of large datasets.
