We need to build a replica site the same as about.me / magnt.com
This profile creator site is similar to:
about.me
This will be an ongoing project with multiple updates in the future.
We are looking for a coding team who can create this in java / rubby on rails, it will be built and ran on Amazon AWS.
The site is specifically for the music industry and will allow musicians to register via facebook/twitter etc, select a template, edit it and post/embed podcasts/streams/mp3 players from sites such as soundcloud.com and last.fm etc.
We will disclose further details after we have chosen our provider.

All graphic design, html markup will be completed by us. What we need is someone who can build our system on ROR on Heroku. Basically we are creating a business card style website for the music industry. Similar to about.me etc. magnt.com is the closest site we can find to match, we will supply full mark up of each page section and all graphics.
We then need it building into a ROR web app, so users signup, choose profile template enter 'edit' area where they can change fonts, colours, background image, add text, images, Wallpapers then onto social network area where they select icons of all facebook, twitter, last fm etc, here they paste in the urls to those pages, then finally the finish page and are presented with a unique url.

Our site is more simple than the ones above. magnt.com is the closest match, our profile creator will allow user to choose category, then select relevant template which suits there needs, they then edit text, details, add socials links, change wallpapaers, embedd soundcloud, mp3 players, youtube videos etc.
Please confirm if you can do this or not and how long it will take?
We are re posting this job due to delays with previous developer.
We have simplified our needs, the entire site is now fully responsive eliminating the need for a separate mobile version, our admin panel responsive as well.
We have all stages in psd format, some in markup html ready for dev work. The entire engine/back end is built in rails and is currently on Heroku, we can pick it up as we only now need front end rails work to complete this project. However an investigation into what we have already is needed.
